U.S. Cellular has just made a few announcements to its unlimited prepaid phone plan lineup.
Earlier today, U.S. Cellular unveiled that the company’s $ 70 per month unlimited plan has been lowered to $ 55 per month. This plan includes 15GB of 1.5 Mbps data per month. Once you exceed this data allocation before the month is over, your speed will drop to 2G connection. Unlimited talk and text to Mexico and Canada can be added for $ 5 each per month.
The other announcements made is the addition of a new 3GB unlimited plan priced at $ 40 per month and a 1GB high-speed prepaid plan available with select national retailers for $ 35 per month.
As part of a promotion, the company is offering a free Moto E4 Plus or Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) when you sign up on either the $ 40 per month or $ 55 per month plan. This offer, however, will be available in the form of a U.S. Cellular promotional card worth $ 75.
The free phone offer is available for a limited time only.
