LG Zone 4 Now Available at Verizon Wireless

    Verizon Wireless has a new affordable smartphone to offer to its prepaid customers, the LG Zone 4. The device follows the footsteps of two popular LG devices, the Optimus Zone 2 and the Zone 3. Available in stores and online, you can get this smartphone for $ 114.99.

    The LG Zone 4 is a device with a 5-inch HD TFT display with 1280×720 resolution and 294ppi density. From within, it is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8917 processor with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot for up to 2TB memory expansion.

    It is capable of taking photos with its 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, Auto Focus, and 4x digital zoom. In front, the phone can take selfies and video calls with its 5-megapixel camera. The videos it records is in 1080p full HD resolution.

    Upon release, the LG Zone 4 runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat and comes with mobile hotspot for sharing data connection with 10 devices. On the back of the phone is a removable 2,500mAh Li-Ion battery that can last up to 15.4 hours of talk time and 16.4 days of standby time.

    Once you get this phone, you can pair it with one of the prepaid plans offered by Verizon. Your options include the following:

    • $ 30 monthly plan – comes with unlimited talk, text, and 500 MB of high speed data
    • $ 40 monthly plan – comes with unlimited talk, text, and 3GB of high speed data
    • $ 50 monthly plan – comes with unlimited talk, text, and 7GB of high speed data
    • $ 60 monthly plan – comes with unlimited talk, text, and 10GB of high speed data
    • $ 75 monthly plan – comes with unlimited talk, text and data, and unlimited 3G hotspot

    Video streaming on the four prepaid plans is optimized to DVD quality, which is 480p. They also have rollover data that carries over to the next 30 days.

    All of the plans include unlimited text to more than 200 countries. In addition to that, both the $ 60 and $ 75 plans come with unlimited talk to Mexico and Canada.
